The Product Delivery Manager will oversee the operational end-to-end management of Air Liquide's computer products, including leading, planning, and controlling activities related to Product Delivery and Technical Operations. Responsibilities include managing products such as Supervision & Control (SCADA), optimization (SIO), Asset Performance (OneMaximo), and Process automation products, primarily in Europe. The role involves liaising with Product Managers and teams, monitoring service performance, managing incidents, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements. The manager will also handle change management, risk mitigation, and coordinate with IT development and operations teams, utilizing tools like Osisoft PI, Wonderware Historian, DCS/PLC, and data protocols such as OPC and Modbus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Project/Product Management and Business roles
