Product Change Manager - Mondelez International : Job Details

Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory. Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and issues. Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
