The Product Analyst is a member of the Analytics Team which empowers macys.com with analytic insights to support planning, tactical execution, and optimizing the customer experience. They support Product Management, User Experience, & Technology teams with reporting and analysis, delivering crucial business intelligence. The analyst presents actionable insights to aid decision-makers and assists Macys.coms A/ B and multivariate testing programs. This involves designing and analyzing experiments in collaboration with internal clients like Marketing and Merchandising, as well as technology partners. The role requires multitasking through various project stages and delivering quality insights and recommendations regularly to drive business growth. Other duties as assigned.
