• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products
• Process finance transactions ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Build rapport to create a base of referrals
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals
• Gain product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Handle administrative processes timely and in compliance with company policy
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to set and achieve goals
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience and interest in working with technology
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record

• Work for a dealership with a strong moral compass that treats all associates with respect

This position offers minimum wage plus commission (approx. $10-20k/month).
