Title: Procurement Specialist – Marketing & Creative Services

About the Role
A high-profile enterprise is looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing initiatives across Marketing, Advertising, and Creative Services. This is a client-facing, high-impact role working directly with brand and marketing teams to align agency partnerships with campaign needs, customer experience goals, and brand standards.
You'll support procurement of creative agencies, digital media, experiential activations, sponsorships, and production services, ensuring that each partnership delivers strategic and financial value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and negotiation efforts across marketing and creative categories
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Brand, Marketing, Comms) to align on campaign and vendor strategy
- Drive RFP and agency selection processes; manage onboarding and contract execution
- Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and pricing structures
- Monitor agency performance, track spend, and identify innovation opportunities
- Ensure supplier compliance with brand, data privacy, and diversity goals
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance to manage risk and budget alignment
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing or creative procurement, ideally in a corporate or agency setting
- Familiarity with creative, media, content, and sponsorship vendor categories
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented negotiator with solid contract management experience
- Experience using sourcing platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or similar
- Bachelor's degree required; marketing, communications, business, or supply chain preferred
