Procurement Specialist - Steiner eOptics : Job Details

OBJECTIVE:The Procurement Specialist manages the sourcing and supplier relationships of goods and services for the company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Oversee inception to completion sourcing processes in full compliance with company requirements. - Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement needs with project goals. - Evaluate suppliers and other sourcing opportunities as see fit. - Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring on time delivery, purchase order submittal, open order management and help to resolve invoice discrepancies. - Support RFQ submittal and pricing analysis activities. - Maintain proper documentation. - Support inventory management activities. - Prepare and issue purchase orders.
