Lead and manage specialized area to create and implement part and supplier strategies, identify top cost/complex issues and prioritize areas for improvement (cost, efficiency, process)Develop, lead, and implement cost reduction strategies for specialized area. Solve complex Q&D relationship issues, support in supplier financial distress cases, develop / execute rational PPA plans. Establish and correlate with Design on logical cost targets and maker layout proposals, managing multiple model (13-17) developments. Mentor associates within group on problem solving, procedures, and fostering development.
