Summary:

Our client, a Digital Marketing & Media Technology conglomerate, seeks a dynamic and growth-minded talent to join us in the role of Procurement Lead to play an integral part in their company's growth story. Working collaboratively across their portfolio of technology firms, you will help enable smart investment decisions by leading our procurement of tools, software and partnerships that will accelerate our growth. Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Business Operations, as Procurement Lead position on our client's Procurement team, your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission. Here's a glimpse into what your typical day might look like:

• Facilitate contract negotiations for moderate complexity agreements, working closely with legal and business stakeholders.
• Engage with new vendor partners and guide them through the vendor onboarding process.
• Assist stakeholders with navigating the contract renewal process.
• Lead the analysis of spending patterns and identify cost-savings opportunities.
• Work closely with our client's partner companies to gather procurement requirements and provide strategic support as needed.
• Oversee the creation and management of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Join team meetings to share ideas, align on goals, and contribute to the overall strategy of the Business Operations team.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams
• Attend training sessions to contribute to your professional growth and development.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in a Procurement position managing Software and other Indirect / Corporate Services spend
• Holds a Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrates a proven track record of success in supporting a procure to pay process.
• Has the ability to build positive relationships with vendors.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excels in communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of financial principles as it relates to procurement, including budgeting and cost-saving strategies.
• Shows proficiency in Excel
• Has a passion for building, continuous improvement and making a positive impact.
• Demonstrates adaptability; flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.
• Can handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity and remaining agile.
• Experience in a holding company and/or in a start-up environment is a definite plus.

Notes:

1. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of working ~4 days a week onsite in our client's new corporate offices in the Downtown Dallas Victory Park area.

2. An August 2025 start-date is targeted for onboarding the successful candidate for this role.
