Procurement Engineer | Liverpool, New York, United States Job Description:

• Part/product acceptance inspection planning and verification
• Defect root cause analysis and corrective action verification.
• Solid written & oral communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate manufacturing process quality plan.
• Ability to perform defect data trend analysis, ability to make rational, risk-based decisions.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities within a cross-functional team.
• Working understanding of mechanical/electro-mechanical hardware and associated manufacturing processes and inspections.
• Working familiarity with ISO9001 & AS9100 Quality Management Systems, including AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements.
• Working knowledge of EPDM, SAP, COS and P2P is a bonus.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4 years of professional experience.
