Procurement Coordinator

On-site: Newport Beach

Contract role: 3 months

Salary: $25

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to support our purchasing operations and vendor management processes. This role is critical in ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchase orders, vendor communications, and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and negotiating pricing and terms
  • Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure budget alignment
  • Track and report procurement metrics and KPIs
  • Support contract management and compliance activities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in procurement systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with vendor management and contract administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
