Insight Global is currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator for an extended contract opportunity supporting a large food and beverage service company. They will be working a hybrid remote schedule where they will be remote 2 days out of the week and reporting to the office in Louisville, KY 3 days out of the week. This individual will be primarily responsible for accelerating the procurement team. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of supplier contracts, inventory reports, compliance documents, and KPIs. It can also be expected that they will execute monthly or quarterly price updates, manage the collection and reporting of weekly supplier inventories, and resolve accounting and payable invoice discrepancies by reviewing documentation. This individual must be extremely organized and detail oriented as they will utilize the entire Microsoft Suite. Required Skills & Experience - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business administration - 2-4+ years of experience in procurement Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Knowledge of restaurant operations Professional working experience in the food and beverage industry Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
