Responsibilities
- Source multiple suppliers, evaluate and choose the most reliable and suitable suppliers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals
- Handle the procurement process from start to finish
- Keep close relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Assist with logistics operations and import permit application procedures
- Prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly report to Director and MD
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in purchasing or procurement
- Strong understanding of international trade terms and related procedures is mandatory
- Knowledge of logistics and import, export process
- English proficiency, business email writing skill is necessary
- Must be able to travel locally or abroad if required
