Procurement and Compliance Specialist - K2 : Job Details

This is a great opportunity to work cross-functionally with project managers, vendors, and finance teams to support both field and corporate operations.

What You'll Do

• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services for projects and internal operations.
• Coordinate with project teams to forecast needs and align with budgets and timelines.
• Manage vendor performance, issue POs, and track deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, FAR/DFARS, and client contracts.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and support audits.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and accounting to support contract administration and vendor payments.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain—ideally in construction, consulting, or government contracting.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles and vendor sourcing.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS or similar compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement systems (e.g., Deltek, QuickBooks, Procore, Kahua).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Bonus Points For

• Procurement or compliance certifications (CPSM, CPPB, CCEP, etc.)
• Experience supporting bids, proposals, or vendor quote collection.
