Summary

The Procurement Analyst is responsible for managing procurement technology, platforms, and reporting within the Procurement Services Department. This position works cross-functionally across the organization to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize the Procurement Department, while developing reporting opportunities for stakeholders. The role reports to the Director of Procurement Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement platform Marketplace, Agiloft, and support the ERP Workday implementation.
• Approve new vendors within the PeopleSoft application.
• Support purchase order processing and management.
• Recommend improvements for document control, workflow analysis, and automation processes.
• Perform process analysis to reduce procurement time durations.
• Create and maintain process maps and analysis for procurement and business diversity processes.
• Support procurement projects, including system implementations and project tracking.
• Work with internal customers to develop and maintain procurement forecasts.
• Extract data and create management reports to improve efficiencies.
• Report performance and savings metrics.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Manage medium complexity projects related to Contract Management Lifecycle tools.
• Implement supplier performance management techniques.
• Assist in identifying future sourcing opportunities.
• Perform project management tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least four years of experience
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of Workday

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science
