A leading global robotics and operations company is seeking a ProcurementAnalyst – Buyer to support manufacturing and engineering project initiatives. You'll play a key role in managing supplier relationships, material planning, inventory optimization, and purchase order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase materials and equipment including electronic/mechanical assemblies, PCB components, and non-inventory items.
• Plan material needs, manage inventory levels, and coordinate delivery timelines with suppliers.
• Monitor supply chain risks and communicate mitigation strategies to internal teams.
• Track, update, and expedite open purchase orders using ERP systems.
• Manage supplier performance, returns, non-conformance issues, and invoice reconciliation.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts across procurement functions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Experience: At least 2–4 years in supply chain, procurement, or buyer roles.
• Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong SQL/data analytics skills.
• Strengths: Strong logical reasoning, a bias for action, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver results under deadlines.
• Bonus: Background in robotics, hardware, or technical sourcing.
