Job Location : Warsaw,IN, USA
Primary Job Duties:
· Provide direct technical support to manufacturing operations to maximize:
o Process equipment uptime
o Process equipment efficiency
o Process equipment effectiveness in meeting product quality requirements
o Timely and accurate set up/changeover and troubleshooting manufacturing lines.
· Support and Perform preventative maintenance activities as directed by supervisor.
· Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory.
· Diagnose, troubleshoot and provide appropriate repairs and adjustments to support manufacturing operations
· Ability and desire to work hands on with team to support efficiency and uptime of operations.
· Build and maintain relationships with relevant vendors to support manufacturing equipment and facilities
· Maintain appropriate records and data to evaluate trends, effectiveness of repairs and identify risks.

· Knowledge of ISO 9001
· Knowledge of general Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts and practices.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Electromechanical equipment
· Pneumatics
· Hydralics
· OSHA and related safety regulations and best practices
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Three years of related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
