Utilities & Process Technician
Join a dynamic team as a Process Technician, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating essential utilities and process equipment. This position serves as the first responder for key plant systems, including HVAC, chillers, high-pressure boilers, compressed air, purified water generation, mixing skids, and cleanrooms.
Responsibilities
- Tend utilities and process equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Serve as the first responder for plant systems such as HVAC, chillers, high-pressure boilers, compressed air, and purified water generation.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical problems using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Monitor and log readings for critical equipment and processes.
- Follow instructions and maintain documentation, utilizing written reference materials.
- Communicate effectively with management, peers, project team members, and vendors, both orally and in writing.
- Recognize and abate safety hazards, practicing and following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Essential Skills
- Operation, preventive maintenance, and repairs of industrial equipment.
- Expertise in purified water systems, HPW Water, WFI Water, USP Water.
- Proficiency with low and high-pressure boilers.
- Experience with high voltage electrical systems.
- HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
