Process Technician - Aerotek : Job Details

Join a dynamic team as a Process Technician, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating essential utilities and process equipment. This position serves as the first responder for key plant systems, including HVAC, chillers, high-pressure boilers, compressed air, purified water generation, mixing skids, and cleanrooms.

• Tend utilities and process equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Serve as the first responder for plant systems such as HVAC, chillers, high-pressure boilers, compressed air, and purified water generation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical problems using precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Monitor and log readings for critical equipment and processes.
• Follow instructions and maintain documentation, utilizing written reference materials.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, project team members, and vendors, both orally and in writing.
• Recognize and abate safety hazards, practicing and following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Operation, preventive maintenance, and repairs of industrial equipment.
• Expertise in purified water systems, HPW Water, WFI Water, USP Water.
• Proficiency with low and high-pressure boilers.
• Experience with high voltage electrical systems.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
