Process Technician I (Frozen Packaging 2nd Shift) - International Flavors & Fragrances : Job Details

To process and package cultures produced at the Cultures plant. To combine materials according to formulas, procedures, and quality standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Ensure adherence to all quality systems including, but not limited to, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and Food Safety with an understanding of IFFs Quality Policy and procedures. Comply with all Company policies including, but not limited to, Quality, Safety, Food Safety, Environmental, GMP's, HAACP, Early Reporting of Pain, and Attendance. Mix, blend, and formulate materials according to established formulas, procedures, and quality standards. Operate production equipment and production tools, such as heating and cooling batch tanks, batch/blend tanks, freezers, scales, gauges, forklifts, pelletizers, packaging equipment, CIP/ COP systems, and autoclaves.
