Process Superintendent-Chemical Engineer - Staffers : Job Details

About the role Reporting to the Company's Technology & Quality Manager, an exciting opportunity exists for a Process Superintendent to join the team based in Vidalia, Louisiana. This role is responsible for leading the Process Engineering Team to help ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the site. This position will be responsible for developing and leading all aspects of Process Control philosophy and ensure processes continuous compliance to standards. The successful candidate will possess a high energy, hands-on leadership style and excel in building employee engagement.
