PROCESS SAFETY SPECIALIST - Pilgrim's Pride Corporation : Job Details

Pilgrims is looking for a Process Safety Specialist to maintain the Process Safety Management program and the Risk Management Program of the facility, as required by federal, state and local law. This position will provide training programs to the refrigeration department staff, and perhaps others. They will also work with the safety department to help audit the contractor safety evaluations. This role will be based at our processing plant in Cold Spring, MN. At Pilgrims, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain a compliant PSM & RMP program at the facility. Participate in ammonia system operations as necessary. Develop, or assist in developing, organize, schedule and conduct training programs for the refrigeration system, hazmat team, and confined space entry and rescue team.
