The Relief Process Operator will be trained and qualified to cover multiple operator positions on shift, including Peeler, ADR, and Cutter. This is not a backup position; it is a permanent position that will cover various areas based on daily need. In addition to covering various operational areas of the plant, the Relief Operator will be involved in Lamb Weston Ve.
