Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm

In our manufacturing department, we take pride in ensuring high-quality production, safety, and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on products to identify any visible defects.
  • Perform visual inspections of in-process and finished materials, promptly reporting any machine malfunctions or defective products to the team.
  • Manage traceability and production information with precision, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Operate machines, observing their functions, making necessary adjustments, and initiating troubleshooting as needed.
  • Handle bags, totes, and boxes, adding labels, weighing products, verifying counts, and stacking onto pallets as necessary.
  • Follow departmental medical manufacturing and housekeeping procedures, completing cleaning verification checklists as required.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.
  • Be adaptable and ready to assist with additional tasks, with or without accommodation.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience and/or training is preferred.

As a Process Quality Inspector, you will:

  • Apply your knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks efficiently.
  • Quickly learn and implement new information and methods relevant to the work.
  • Maintain necessary licenses, training, and certifications.
  • Handle routine assignments, finding solutions to common problems.
  • Adhere to clearly defined standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Work under moderate supervision with regular output reviews from supervisors.
  • Refer any complex issues to supervisors for guidance.
