Responsible for leading, defining, planning, tracking, and managing activities within enterprise system projects, specifically in the Order To Cash and Order Capture areas. Provides direction to functional teams to meet objectives.

• Ensure alignment across functional workstreams and gain stakeholder consensus on key decisions.
• Lead project planning, manage execution, and communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.
• Identify scope changes, reassess plans, and manage scope, budget, and timelines accordingly.
• Own and prioritize the functional product backlog, addressing process gaps and extensions.
• Analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and lead solution validation and design workshops.
• Perform solution design, fit-gap analysis, and prototype development with business teams.
• Complete project documentation and lead testing and QA cycles.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with SAP solutions, including multiple implementations and rollouts.
• Business process knowledge in relevant areas (e.g., Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Finance).
• At least 5 years of experience as a data, business, or systems analyst, translating requirements.
• Experience supporting users/clients and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong time management skills for handling multiple projects.
