**Job Title:** Process Machine Operator**Location:** Duryea, PA**Pay Rate:** $25.58 per hour**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM**Job Summary:**The Process Machine Operator is responsible for the set-up, adjustment, operation, and maintenance of machinery and materials to manufacture, coat, print, lap, polish, and drill glass or similar materials to specification. The operator must ensure safe production, maintain high-quality standards, and adhere to company safety procedures.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Set up, adjust, and operate machinery for processing glass or similar materials.+ Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency.+ Drill, cut, edge, saw, polish, or grind glass as required.+ Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.+ Maintain accurate production records and logs.+ Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toed footwear.+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.**Qualifications:**+ Previous experience and skill in operating process or production machinery.+ Ability to read, write, and understand English.+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.+ Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.**Requirements:**+ Must pass a background check and drug screening.+ Must wear steel-toed footwear.+ Must have prior experience relevant to this role.**Pay Details:** $25.58 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
