Audubon is currently seeking a Process Engineering Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The Process Engineering Manager will oversee a team of engineers and supervisors responsible for process engineering assignments related to designing equipment, components, structures, or systems.

• Manage and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and supervise engineering staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Develop and review engineering drawings, calculations, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Prepare project estimates, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Participate in risk management and safety programs.
• Hire, evaluate, and develop engineering staff.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering; PE license required.
• Minimum of 20 years of industry experience, including large project leadership.
• Experience with industry-standard software (e.g., HYSYS, ProMax) preferred.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and project management skills.
