This position is required to be on-site at our Mooresville, North Carolina, location. Responsibilities Support the Process Engineering team and Green Belt candidates with information acquisition and data analysis. Record and edit 10 operational processes and create video procedures to use for employee training. Maximize co-extruder outputs, define, measure, analyze, and increase refeed volumes by 5%. Support water or natural gas reduction initiatives and define savings for one major project. Qualifications Pursuing a degree in engineering, chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently with little supervision Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
