Process Engineer (Toyota Production System (TPS) Implementation/ Trainer. PURPOSE AND SCOPE:To implement the Toyota Production System (TPS) philosophy within Red River Army Depot. The goal is to embed TPS philosophy into decision-making and operational processes to enhance support for U.S. and allied land forces, improve performance metrics, and drive sustainable cultural change. Establish and maintain Transition Plan of Command (TPOC) Mission control, Value Stream steering Teams, with true north metrics to see improvement trends with counter measures when not trending metric in positive direction. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:The Applicant shall be a seasoned expert with extensive experience in leading and delivering successful large-scale transformations across diverse industries.
