Process Engineer, Principal - Photolithography - Macom Technology Solutions : Job Details

Planning and conducting experiments to characterize photolithography processes. Driving improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability, productivity, and safety. Qualifications:BS or MS degree Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent with 10 years of fab experience. Demonstrated knowledge of the programming and operation of lithography tools like tracks, contact aligners, steppers, SE - Ms, and/or overlay measurement tools. Demonstrated knowledge in compound semiconductor processes. Strong understanding of data mining and statistics, SPC, DOE, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving.
