Process Engineer - Industrial Resource Group : Job Details

We are seeking a Process Engineer; this role is a great opportunity for an engineer looking to make a meaningful impact and grow within a dynamic environment. You will work closely with the Plant Manager and other cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven problem-solving techniques. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Support new product introductions and process changes.
