The Process Engineer applies engineering knowledge, statistics, and ingenuity to designs, integrates, and improves manufacturing process systems including mixing, blending, extruding, fermentation, heat treatment, ingredient handling, baking, CIP, and packaging. Responsibilities Specifies methods, process steps, and equipment required to execute a new or improve an existing manufacturing process in our bakery network. Designs the feasibility testing approaches and oversees the execution that supports the development and validation of new processes specifically related to grain and dough processing.
