Job Summary
Conagra Brands - St. Elmo, home of Mrs. Butterworth's and Log Cabin syrup, Wish-Bone and Bernstein's salad dressing, Open Pit and Hunt's BBQ is looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work onsite at the St. Elmo, IL, manufacturing plant on 1st shift, and report to the Business Unit Manager.
You will work with the team to develop the skills necessary to remove losses, reduce yield, and improve the safety and quality of the products. You will focus on developing and improving manufacturing standards, developing performance-based specifications, and providing expertise in troubleshooting performance losses.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
