• Champion safe work practices and serve as a role model for your colleagues.
• Become a master of our client's quality system, ensuring adherence to GMP and GDP.
• Drive efficiency by performing thorough tool qualifications.
• Collaborate on the development of clear and effective plastic processing project instructions.
• Innovate and recommend improvements to plastic injection molding machinery.
• Utilize scientific methodologies, including DOE and process window studies, to optimize injection molding processes.
• Leverage instrumented tooling (RJG, Kistler) for advanced process development and monitoring.
• Execute rigorous qualification studies (FOT, FAT, SAT) and validation studies (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Analyze test data to ensure alignment with specifications, making necessary equipment adjustments.
• Maintain meticulous records of procedures, results, and recommendations for process and product enhancements.
• Proactively identify and address any issues related to product, process, and the quality system.
• Embrace additional responsibilities as needed to support the team's success.

• Solid mechanical aptitude.
