Process Engineer - Flex : Job Details

The Process Engineer will be based in Austin, TX, focused on cost, quality, and delivery improvements supporting a manufacturing organization. Responsibilities:Assess workflows for optimization opportunities addressing efficiency and accuracy of resource movement. Utilize existing data and metrics to evaluate performance, developing new analytics as required. Improve material traceability and supply paths to minimize waste. Interface with factory operations, factory engineering, order management, and warehouse teams to develop and maintain effective material management for each unique zone of the project. Develop and implement improvement projects updating processes, systems, and/or equipment. Understand the processing of the manufacturing lines and how the material flows into the individual use locations. Familiarity with MES and ERP systems. Ability to provide detailed documentation of processes and proposed updates.
