We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team in New Philadelphia, Ohio.

This is an on-site opportunity offering a contract-to-direct placement with competitive hourly pay ranging from $35 to $38 based on experience.

🛠️ What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Divisional Engineering and internal teams on PPAP, process development, and job specifications
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts, including technology upgrades and process enhancements
• Develop documentation such as bills of materials, process flows, and PFMEAs; estimate time, staffing, and cost for production planning
• Troubleshoot shop floor issues using engineering principles to improve throughput and reduce costs
• Lead trial runs and initial testing of new processes and equipment, identifying and tracking issues for resolution
• Communicate potential problems with the Engineering Manager and support coordination with quality, industrial engineering, and chemistry teams
• Support job start-up quality assurance with supervisors and assist in job-specific customer involvement when needed

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline
• 2+ years of project engineering experience in a manufacturing plant environment
• Ability to focus and lead multi-disciplinary task teams
• PLC and/or robotic programming experience is a plus
• SolidWorks software experience is a plus
