Provide Materials and Process Engineering support in the manufacture of honeycomb and/or aerospace parts. Edit Work Center Instructions (WCIs) for specific processes (new and existing). Lead Continuous Improvement projects. Demonstrating a basic understanding of project management. Analyze data, develop conclusions, and implement recommendations. Demonstrate a basic understanding of machinery and trouble shooting and an ability to implement recommendations. Support root cause investigations into process and production issues. Demonstrating a basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and processing equipment. Perform evaluations on new and existing materials and processes and optimize current processes. Develop process plans (specific to equipment and products). Develop data collection plans (in support of production performance, trouble-shooting and continuous improvement).
