Job Summary: The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing industrial manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This role involves analyzing existing workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Lean manufacturing, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive initiatives with minimal oversight while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Technical & Process Optimization
- Conduct workflow studies to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance productivity and eliminate waste.
- Develop standardized work procedures and staffing plans in alignment with ISO 9001/14001 standards.
Capital Project Management & Execution
- Define project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and milestones.
- Manage contractor bidding, selection, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor project progress against budget, timeline, and safety requirements.
Data-Driven Decision Making & System Development
- Implement systems for data collection, validation, and trend analysis.
- Identify early failure indicators and recommend preventive actions.
- Provide structured reports on project progress and operational performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Best Practice Implementation
- Maintain strong communication with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing across internal and external networks.
- Drive adoption of industry best practices throughout the facility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational planning, and teamwork abilities.
- dvanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical systems (e.g., PLCs, instrumentation).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience with maintenance systems, work order processes, and predictive/preventive maintenance.
