Process Engineer - Blow Molding

Lead process development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives for blow molding, injection molding, and assembly operations.

Monitor and analyze process performance to ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001:2015, and customer specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues using structured root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.

Develop and optimize molding parameters for new and existing products to improve quality, cycle time, and efficiency.

Support tooling design and modifications in collaboration with toolmakers and design engineers.

Conduct equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.

Champion Lean Manufacturing practices, including 5S, waste reduction, and standard work development.

Train and mentor production personnel on process-related best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Document and maintain accurate process records, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in blow molding and/or injection molding processes.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair within a manufacturing environment.

In-depth knowledge of polymer materials, tooling design, and molding equipment operation.

Demonstrated expertise in GMP, ISO 9001:2015, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and process troubleshooting.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in process improvement and corrective action initiatives.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical process control (SPC) is a plus.
