In this role you will report to the Operations Excellence Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NYTo be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or other related degrees and 5-7 years of relevant experience.

As a Process Development Leader, You Will

• Plan, organize, and follow-up on Kaizens, acting as the main facilitative leader, driving and managing the project
• Strike a balance between leading, active participation and coaching to develop the solutions and implement them.
• Guide a team through a process that includes investigation, data analysis, problem break down, root cause analysis, implementation, and evaluating results.
• Develop processes that ensure the implementation of lean; waste reduction and process variation principles.
• Apply problem solving processes through A3 thinking, 8 step problem solving, and Kaizen Events.
• Encourage, motivate and foster an environment for continuous improvement.
• Support the selection, mentoring and development of the next wave of leaders through Lean teachings and coaching
• Develop yourself to fill the many roles of being a great facilitator; Partner, Planner, Enabler, Motivator, Taskmaster, and Guide
• Coach, remove barriers, work with other departments and conduct organized meetings.
• Lead presentations with confidence and clarity, effectively capturing and maintaining the attention of diverse audiences.
• Serve as the primary speaker and focal point during meetings, training sessions, or group discussions, demonstrating strong presence and command of the room.

Salary Range TransparencyBuffalo, NY $75,000.00–$90,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range DisclaimerThe base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
