Business case generation for new projects ensuring proper on/off boarding of projects is aligned to business need and resources are allocated. Proof of concept execution for new technologies and processes. Process and technology development including part programming, tool and fixture design, and capital equipment specs. Process and technology testing and validation. Incorporation of new processes and technologies across mod center. Generate initial work instructions and SOPs for new process and technologies developed along with providing applicable training to end users. Work closely with the NPI team to establish and execute technology and process roadmaps aligned to engineering and program needs. Providing technical input and peer review to engineering designs and design changes. Designing, controlling and improving the producibility of products through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team.
