This Process Control Engineer will ensure that newly introduced or improved parts meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations by managing supplier collaboration, product quality planning, and supply chain strategies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment!

Experience of the right candidate:
- Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Supply Chain Engineering.
- Experience: 1+ years in manufacturing or supply chain preferred.
- Technical: Interpreting engineering drawings, 3D modeling (Creo), Teamcenter, Six Sigma, cost analysis.
- Analytical: Data-driven decision-making, cost-benefit analysis, identifying quality patterns.
- Communication: Cross-team collaboration, writing reports, giving presentations.
- Tools: Excel, Teamcenter, possibly Creo for 3D modeling.
- Must Know: Teamcenter, APQP/PPAP processes, cost analysis, supplier quality.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Working with partners on successful product innovation and where to derive additional value for/from customers.
- Manage APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP Processes.
- Ensure that new or modified parts meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.
- Collaborate across packaging, transportation, engineering, supply chain, etc.
- Drive Cost Reduction & Value Engineering (VAVE).
- Use cost modeling and design for manufacturability to reduce costs.
- Partner with suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement Product Supply Strategies.
- Align with category management to build efficient supply chains.
- Work with procurement and sourcing to select and manage suppliers.
- Supplier Quality Feedback Loop.
- Escalate defects, ensure lessons learned are applied across the supplier base.
- Support resolution and continuous improvement.
