Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting process leaders/process stewards in planning, defining, developing, testing, documenting, analyzing results, and implementing process improvement and reengineering opportunities. It involves providing guidance and support for business process activities and methods to super process leaders/process stewards, supporting team activities, deliverables, issue resolution, data collection, metric analysis, root cause analysis, and developing the business process management methodology. The role also includes identifying best practices, standards, guidelines, procedures, and tools for business process initiatives.

Required Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of business experience
  • 3 years experience in process improvement and developing business metrics
  • 3 years experience in a healthcare role involving judgment and analytical skills
  • Experience leading, developing, or managing employees
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with all organizational levels, leading projects, and resolving problems
  • Facilitation skills for group meetings and representing the company externally
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, including meeting deadlines

This role will be remote.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Experience in Quality Improvement
  • Experience with project management methodologies
  • Experience using quality improvement programs such as TQM or Six Sigma
  • Ability to travel
