Process Cleaning Engineer - Perrigo Company : Job Details

Provide technical life cycle support for commercialized pharmaceutical products (solid dose and liquid formulations) Conduct in-depth technical assessments for existing commercial products Manage seamless technology transfer of new products from R&D to Operations Update and improve documentation including Manufacturing Orders, Ingredient Disclosures, Excipient Threshold Limits, and wash procedures/checklists Execute lab-scale formulation, scale-up activities, and developmental wash trials Lead and manage projects supporting MRB, PEM, PPT, and CV processes Deliver technical support across Perrigos global manufacturing facilities Perform audits and assessments of external/contract product suppliers Experience Required Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical process support or engineering Deep understanding of pharmaceutical sciences, manufacturing processes, and cGMP/ FDA regulations Str...Engineer, Cleaning, Technical Support, Process
