This person is responsible for all aspects of the electrical maintenance processes, and uses engineering skills to drive improvements in safety, productivity and quality, while reducing costs and assuring environmental compliance. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:Living the Safety stand and adhering to the safety responsibilitiesEducates team members on safe maintenance work processes and proceduresAdheres to, and continuously improves, all plant and position-specific safety policies, procedures, and standardsEnsures a safe, clean and environmentally compliant work environment and builds a culture where safety is a first priorityEffectively communicates Owens Corning's stand of safety with external parties and ensures that they work according to our safety standards Electrical Maintenance Operations Maintains working knowledge of Corporate Control System Standards and Guidelines and adherence to OC Electrical Safety ProgramsServe as the subject matter expert on electrical engineering process improvementsDevelop and ensure execution on Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs for all site electrical equipment Ensure compliance with all electrical codes at a local and nation level Lead plant electrical troubleshooting issues and develop corrective actions and recommendations to prevent reoccurrence (on call responsibilities)Strong knowledge in both controls and power deliveryResponsible for maintaining an up-to-date and complete set of as-built electrical and controls documentation;
