Procedure and Process Writer - Retail Operations - First National Bank - FNB Corporation : Job Details

This role is responsible for developing, standardizing, and maintaining operational documentation across key business units within Retail Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and banking operations, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable procedures. This position will collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations, but will reside within the Enterprise Operations function. Primary Responsibilities:Create and maintain comprehensive policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process guides for enterprise-wide operational functions within Retail Operations. Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) in Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to gather requirements, validate content, and ensure documentation reflects current practices and controls.
