Your Role as a Speech Language Therapist

As a Speech Language Therapist, your impactful journey includes:

• Evaluating, assessing, and creating personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment.
• Celebrating the victories of your patients as they achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.
