A welcoming and supportive team environment Who We're Looking For: • Certified Nursing Assistant - or a PCA/DCS certificate accepted • High School Diploma or GED required • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service is a plus • CPR & First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain) What You'll Do: Assist residents with daily living activities - dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility Support dining needs - preparing for meals, assisting in the dining room, and clearing tables Respond to resident call systems and provide assistance as needed Observe, document, and report any changes in residents' conditions Engage with residents and their families in a professional, compassionate manner Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents Who We Are: At Spring Arbor, we create a family-like environment where residents feel cared for, valued, and at home.
