Job Location : Egg Harbor Township,NJ, USA
EIT Inc. is currently looking for Private Pilots who would be interested in participating in a 1-Day Paid FAA research study in a flight simulator for aviation safety. The research study calls for Private Pilots only, who do not have any additional ratings or endorsements, and for one day of flying a single engine flight simulator at the FAA's research and development center in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This study will be in support of an aviation safety study for the Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) and the requirements are listed below. The FAA Study will span multiple months so the schedule for your 1-day is slightly adjustable. The pilot's 1-day would be eight hours at the FAA's William J. Hughes Technical Center at the Atlantic City International Airport. Participation in the study is completely voluntary and would be a great resume builder for anyone looking to go on to become a professional pilot. Pilots will play the role of research subject operating a flight simulator and not flying an actual airplane; therefore, the Private Pilot will not be flying for any compensation or hire. If you are close to meeting the needs, please apply and we will see if any gaps can be overcome.
