    Job Requirements and Preferences

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience.
    • CPA, Bar membership, or relevant credentials.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Deep knowledge of US Tax Code sections related to partnership structures and transactions, including 704(b), 704(c), 707, 751, 734, 743(b).
    • Experience with M&A, equity transactions, and partnership allocations.
    • Business development skills and client engagement experience.
    • Proficiency in automation, data analysis, and digitization tools.

    Travel Requirements

    Up to 20%
