We are seeking a Director of Programming/Brand Activation for our private members club in NYC, one of the city's most coveted private clubs with high-net-worth members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across various industries, including F&B, Art, Music, and Finance, and will be responsible for creating engaging in-house activations such as liquor pairings, special menus, entertainment events, and more. This role requires a deep understanding of the private club environment and member nuances.

• Coordinate and attend all events seamlessly, liaising with the Operations Team.
• Enhance guest experience through personal interaction and effective delegation.
• Maintain brand standards and serve as a role model.
• Provide operational support and feedback as a subject matter expert.
• Participate actively in event planning and execution.
• Collaborate across departments on marketing initiatives.

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in program, marketing, or hospitality.
• Strong food and wine knowledge and a passion for hospitality.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
