Job Overview

As a Relationship Banker in Branch Banking, you will deliver an outstanding experience to Chase customers by building and managing meaningful financial relationships. Your role involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and promoting self-service options to enhance customer access and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service with a customer-first attitude.

Manage assigned customer accounts, proactively engaging with clients both in person and via phone to discover financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

Build trust through personal connections, active listening, and educational engagement about banking technology.

Collaborate with specialists like Financial Advisors and Mortgage Bankers to meet clients' specific financial needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail banking sales, financial services sales, or related fields, with proven success in client acquisition and relationship development.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Required licenses include Securities Industry Essential (SIE), FINRA Series 6/7, and state registration (including 63 or 66 if applicable). All unlicensed candidates must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred Skills

• College degree or military experience.
• Organized, professional, and confident in client interactions.

Additional Information

This role is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act regulations and requires NMLS registration. Employment is contingent upon successful background checks and licensing compliance.
